Egg and Ham Casserole

Yummy for breakfast and also good for a brunch.

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices bread (trim crusts), buttered on one side
  • shredded American cheese (or your favorite)
  • Advertisement

  • 2 cups ham pieces
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Line buttered 9x13 inch pan with 6 slices bread, buttered side up. Layer slices with shredded cheese, bite size pieces of ham and put 6 more slices of bread on top, buttered side up again. Pour egg, milk, and salt mixture over top. Refrigerate, covered for 24 hours before baking. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees F, uncovered.

Cooking Time: 60 Minutes
