Easter Egg Dye Marking Boiled Eggs

I'll be buying Easter coloring kits after Easter and using them to mark my boiled eggs during the year.

We always just make an "X" on the eggs with a pencil to mark the boiled ones. Or the kids can just make a few scribbles.

That's nice, but the post was about using leftover egg dye, which has nothing to do with pencils.

I agree. I put a small dot in felt tip on the older eggs when I have them left over, and the hard boiled ones even tho' they are in a bowl. The ink never bleeds through and is easy to spot.
