In saucepan, cook eggs with water until hard boiled, approximately 10 minutes. Let sit in the hot water for 5 minutes, covered. The eggs will peel easier this way. Peel and cool completely. Cut eggs lengthwise and remove yolks. Mash yolks until fine. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and liquid smoke. Set aside. Mix sugar, flour, salt, garlic, onions and bacon bits. Add to yolks and mix well. Spoon into the egg white cavities until rounded. Sprinkle parsley flakes over all.
