Fresh Cranberry Salad
- 1 bag cranberries, sorted and cleaned
- 1 apple, cored, peeled and quartered
- 1 orange skin zested
- 1 orange, peeled, deveined and segmented
- 1 cup sugar
Grind fresh ingredients in food processor or blender. Add sugar to mixture. Let set overnight. Enjoy.
