The rush to school and then on to work can be frantic. To help control my frizzy hair, most days I use a small amount of Dax Short 'n' Neat. I then thought it may be good as a makeshift polish for shoe leather. I rubbed a small amount on each of my daughter's school shoes! The result, shiny shoes!

Amazing how a product designed to do one thing can be turned to another use altogether. I have an entire list of "non-authorized" uses for the lubricant WD-40, for example. Thanks for sharing your discovery.
