Any vinyl-coated paper would be fine. They clean very easily.

I did my bathroom years ago with Contac paper & it is still in good condition, very easy to wipe down & the humidity in a bathroom must help it stay glued to the walls.

When you look at wallpaper books they are titled for "Kitchen" or "Bath" or whatever. If it's in the bath book it's suitable.

When I do mine I use wallpaper paste even on pre-pasted paper because the bathroom is a steamy place. My paper never comes down until I take it down!
