You could try buying some Just For Men dye that matches and try dying it. You certainly don't want to use a lot of harsh cleaner that may irritate your face. You could try dawn dish soap.

Stop smoking or chewing and it will eventually grow out ;-) On a serious note, you could try hydogen peroxide (3% volume) as already mentioned or you could try fresh lemon juice.

I have seen people with the stains on the lips, teeth, and fingers, from years long habits of smoking. I don't even know if stopping will help that.

But at least with a mustache, the stained hair will grow out, and trimmed off.
