You could try buying some Just For Men dye that matches and try dying it. You certainly don't want to use a lot of harsh cleaner that may irritate your face. You could try dawn dish soap.

Remove the mustash. They are kind of nasty things anyway.

Stop smoking or chewing and it will eventually grow out ;-) On a serious note, you could try hydogen peroxide (3% volume) as already mentioned or you could try fresh lemon juice.

I have seen people with the stains on the lips, teeth, and fingers, from years long habits of smoking. I don't even know if stopping will help that. But at least with a mustache, the stained hair will grow out, and trimmed off.
