Grapes and Pecan Dessert

It is something my grandchildren and I threw together because we were getting an awful lot of grapes and you can only make so much jelly. This is very delicious. Hope all of you enjoy this recipe.

  • 1 cup regular splenda
  • 4 cups green grapes
  • 4 cups red grapes
  • 8 oz sour cream fat free
  • 8 oz cream cheese 1/3 % fat free
  • 1 cup pecan
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar Splenda

Cut grapes in halves, mix sour cream, cream cheese and regular Splenda together, and then fold into grapes.

For topping: Crush pecan, then mix with brown sugar Splenda. Sprinkle on top.

Note: You can replace Splenda with sugar if you would like. Information below is based on using Splenda in recipe.

I do low carb and stay away from grapes. One cup which is 1/8 of your recipe has 15.8 carbs? I think your carb count is way low!
