Keeping Yogurt Cold in a Packed Lunch

My husband puts my 6 or 8 oz. yogurt cup in a coolie cup which is normally used for cans or bottles. It fits right into the cup, and makes a handy way to keep it chilled until lunch.

You can freeze yogurt to pack for lunch. It thaws out by the time you're ready to eat it. It can get a little watery on top so a good stir gets it looking normal.

What a great idea, and it's nice that your husband packs your lunch! Mine does 95% of the cooking in our household; I do the baking. :-)

I never thought of freezing it--what a good idea! I used to put mine in the little insulated thing for baby bottles/milk. I'm going to try freezing this wk. :) Thanks!
