Vinegar or CLR.
I tried CRL and it made it worse! I am at my wits end, tried vinegar and water, vinegar and baking soda, Colgate toothpaste, rubbing alcohol, Mr. Clean magic eraser, steel wool pads and even Scrubbing Bubbles like another post suggested.
Someone once told me that oven cleaner would do it. I have never tried it.
Used oven cleaner once and it cracked my windows. $800.00 later to replace.
