Amaretto Coffee Creamer

  • 3/4 cup nondairy powdered creamer
  • 3/4 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well to blend. Store in an airtight container.

To serve, stir 2 tablespoons creamer into 6 ounces of hot coffee.

Yields about 12 servings.

I'd love to try this recipe, but I'm diabetic. Would it work with Splenda or Stevia?

I am doing something wrong. Mine tastes horrible. I followed instructions, but it does not taste anything like Amaretto.
