Fruit Cocktail Pie

Very easy, quick, and good for special occasions.

Ingredients:

Crust*:

  • 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine

Combine well and press into pie plate.

*I just use a ready made crust from Dollarama.

Filling:

  • 1 can (14 to 19 oz.) fruit cocktail
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:

Combine filling ingredients, pour into shell and bake at 350 degrees F. Cool and serve with whipping cream.

Servings: 8
Time:5 min. Minutes Preparation Time
20 min. Minutes Cooking Time
