I believe you can but need to buy paint that is made for vinyl. I would check with a auto parts store or a auto detailer to see what they recommend. A detailer is a guy who cleans and waxes autos. They use a lot of spray products. You should be able to find them in the yellow pages or go to the recondition dept of a auto dealership.
