Skinny No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake

• 1 cup Chocolate Nesquik (formerly Nestle's Quik)
• 1 envelope (7 0z.) unflavored gelatin
• 2 (8 oz.) 1/3 less fat cream cheese softened

• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 Tbsp. cocoa
• 1 prepared cookie or graham cracker crust

Directions

Combine Nesquik and gelatin in small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Beat cream cheese, sugar and cocoa in large bowl with mixer until smooth. Add Nesquik mixture. Pour into crust and chill 3 hours or until firm.
