Glazed Golden Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. chicken, skinned
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/8 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2-3 dashes hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. oregano

Directions:

Preheat electric skillet to 300 degrees F. Combine water, bouillon cubes, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce in skillet and stir. Add chicken pieces. In small bowl, combine salt, curry powder, mustard, oregano, and paprika. Mix well and sprinkle half of the mixture on the chicken. Cover and simmer until chicken is brown. Turn chicken, sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Add water as needed. Cook chicken a total of 30-45 minutes, turning occasionally to brown evenly.
