Spinach With Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 3 slices bacon, cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (10oz.)
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper

Directions:

Place bacon in 1 quart casserole. Cover and microwave on high 4-5 minutes or until crisp; drain bacon and reserve. Drain fat from casserole. Place remaining ingredients in same casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 8-10 minutes, breaking up spinach and stirring after 4 minutes, until spinach is tender; drain. Sprinkle with bacon.
