Strawberry Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup honey
• 2 packages. frozen strawberries (10oz. size)
• 1 1/4 cup oil
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 3 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda

• 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/4 cups nuts (opt.)

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together liquid ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Mix together and bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
