Rhubarb-Strawberry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oats (uncooked)
  • 2 cups diced rhubarb
  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 stick margarine or butter

Directions

Mix to make crust the 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup oats, and 1 stick melted butter. Press 1/2 of oat mixture into 9 inch pie plate to make the crust. Mix filling of 2 cups rhubarb, 2 cups strawberries, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and 1 tablespoon water. Pour filling into crust and top with remaining oat mix over fruit. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
