1 can asparagus cuts, drained
1 cup finely chopped seeded tomato
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. finely snipped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (can use the reduced-calorie variety, if desired)
1 Tbsp. lime juice
6 drops red pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Place asparagus in bowl of food processor fitted with steel blade or into blender container. Cover and process until smooth. Mix asparagus and remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
