Onion Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• 4 large potatoes, cut into large chunks
• 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close the bag and shake to cover potatoes with soup mix and oil. Empty potatoes into a shallow baking pan. Bake 40 minutes until potatoes are tender.
