Little Smokie Pockets

A great quick appetizer combining meat and bread.

Ingredients:

  • 5 little smokies
  • 1 can biscuits
  • barbecue sauce
  • shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Smash each biscuit to a circle about 5-6 inches. Spread 1 scant tablespoon barbecue sauce in center, slice the little smokies in half lengthwise and place one half in the center, top with one tablespoon of the cheese. Roll one side of the biscuit over the top and slightly press the edges to seal making a half circle. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned as you would the biscuits.
