Broccoli Noodle Soup

Love the cheese and noodles in this soup!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 lb. cheese, shredded

Directions:

Saute onions in butter. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 6 cups boiling water and add onion. Add noodles. Cook 4 minutes. Add broccoli, milk, garlic powder, and cheese. Simmer for 1 hour. Salt and pepper to taste.

Servings: 6
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 60 Minutes

I think there must be a typo in this recipe... six bullion cubes? its way too much! The amount of salt in six cubes would make this recipe inedible.
