Cheesy Tuna Casserole
- 1 1/3 cups Minute Rice
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 lb. diced cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tuna
- 1/4 cup stuffed olives, sliced
Follow the directions on the package for cooking the rice. While the rice is cooking, place the milk, cheese, salt and pepper in the double boiler and beat until well blended and smooth, stirring occasionally. In a greased casserole, place a layer of half of the rice, then half of the tuna, half the olives, and then cover with half the cheese. Repeat the layers. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree F oven.
