Chicken and Rice Casserole
- 5 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cut up, skin removed
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 soup cans water
- 1 cup Uncle Ben's converted rice (important to use only this brand)
In a casserole dish, mix all ingredients, except chicken. Add chicken and bake covered for about 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree F oven. When finished, all liquid will be absorbed by rice.
