Ingredients:
- 1 6oz. pkg. lime gelatin ($1.79)
- 1 small can pineapple ($.89)
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ($.60)
Steps:
- Drain pineapple and add water to make 1 cup liquid. Heat to boiling and add gelatin.
- Add ice cream while hot and stir until melted. Add pineapple and cheese.
- Can be molded.
