I recently got these 2 dolls when my mom passed away. I can't really read the signature, but they have serial numbers on them. Can anyone help?

The doll in your bottom image is made by Roger Chris and this is number 4882 in a series of dolls. I can't find much more about this person and it doesn't seem like he is well known.
