• 2 pkgs. frozen strawberries (10 oz. size)
• 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
• 3 ripe bananas, smashed
• 1/2 cup nuts
• 3 small pkg. strawberry jello
• 1 cup hot water
• 2 cups sour cream

Strawberry Salad

Ingredients:

• 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
• 1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
• 1 large ripe banana
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
• sour cream

Directions:

Strawberry Jello Salad

This salad is great because I love the combination of the strawberries, banana and pineapple!

Approximate Time: 30 minutes

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients:

• 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry gelatin ($1.20)
• 2 cups boiling water
• 2 small pkgs. frozen strawberries ($3.25)
• 1 large can crushed pineapple ($1.39)
• 1/2 pt sour cream ($1.20)
• 3 diced bananas ($1.20)

Steps:

1. Dissolve gelatin in water; add pineapple with juice, strawberries with juice, and bananas.
2. Pour half into 9x13 pan. Let stand.
3. Spread sour cream over gelatin mixture.
4. Pour remaining half of gelatin mixture over sour cream layer and refrigerate.
