- 1 can tuna, flaked
- 2 cups crushed potato chips
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Alternate tuna, 1 3/4 cups potato chips and eggs in greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Combine milk and soup; pour over casserole. Top with reserved potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.

These sound yummy...but has anyone ever had tuna casserole made with RICE instead of noodles?
