Tuna Noodle "Casserole"

Not really a casserole since you don't bake it but so simple and really good.

Ingredients:

• 1 box macaroni and cheese (I used shells and cheese because it's what I had on hand)
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can peas (next time I am using half a can. I thought there were too many peas)
• 1 can tuna (I used two cans because I like extra)

Directions:

Make the macaroni and cheese according to directions on box. When complete add tuna, cream of mushroom soup, and peas. Mix thoroughly and heat till bubbly. That's it!

My husband loves tuna casserole but it was always such a production. This is so simple, he can make it any time he wants it.

Gosh! I have made this since I was a teenager. Great recipe for a tight budget. My family prefers cream of chicken in place of cream of mushroom. I leave out the peas or occasionally use frozen peas. Tastes great with applesauce and a salad.
