I have a porcelain doll from World Gallery. It is a limited edition by Bonita Worthing. The doll's name is Baby Kay. I can not find information anywhere. I want to know her value. She is still in the box.

The Wold Gallery dolls are mass produced and don't bring a high resale value. Many doll companies will give you a certificate and tell you this is a limited edition. That is just how they sell the items and people buy them. These dolls only resale for $14 to $20 on eBay.
These are mass-produced dolls. They decrease in value. $25 is the most you will get.
