All Ideas are welcome. IS there any safety ink-cleaner remover, makes this old (chaired)man happy again?.
My grand father (65 yrs) is an old typewriter, and still using the mechanical-style printer with newspaper ink. And because oldness, he makes a lot of typing mistakes,
May any one help? - Amayruee

Can I use rubbing alcohol to clean the ink from a printer that sprayed on the inside of the printer?

Hi, I have often used hair spray to remove ink from clothes, counter tops, just about anything. I would test in an inconspicuous spot, first. When you first try this on clothing, it makes the stain grow and turn a really bright color. This scared me to death the first time, but it washed right out with no evidence it was ever there in the first place.
I've tried it on skin, and someone told me they used it to take out ink that their child had put in their hair to color it. Good Luck!! - Shari

Isopropyl alcohol works well. So does nail Polish remover. Dip a Q-tip in either one for small stains.
