- 1 lb. liver, sliced very thin
- 2 cups brown gravy
- sprinkle parsley
- dash salt, pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 8 pieces bacon, fried crisp
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Melt butter in skillet and saute onion. Dredge slices of liver in flour and brown on each side. Pour gravy on liver and season with parsley, salt, and pepper, to taste. Simmer for 2 minutes and arrange on serving plate. Place bacon on top of liver. Serves 4.
