Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can vegetable soup
- 1 can bean and bacon soup
- 3 med. potatoes, cubed
- 3 - 4 carrots, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- beef broth, as needed
Directions
Brown potatoes, carrots, and onion in butter until they have a browned color. Add some broth and boil till tender. Add cooked and drained hamburger, soups and some broth to thin soup to your liking. Add pepper to taste. Heat through and serve.
For kids or anyone that doesn't like vegetable soup. In a blender, puree the vegetable soup they'll never know it's in there.
NOTE: Use some of the broth to clean out soup cans.
