Freezing Leftover Wine

I never throw anything away: If you have leftover wine, freeze it into ice cubes for future use in casseroles and sauces.

A good tip for left over wine: Drink it.

"I'll drink some of yours

If you'll drink all of mine

because I can't stand the taste of that leftover wine"
