Quick and Easy Chocolate - Doubles as Icing |

For a quick and easy chocolate that also doubles as chocolate icing, in a microwave safe bowl, place equal quantities cream cheese and chocolate bits (both can be generic, brand doesn't matter). Heat on MEDIUM for 1-2 minutes. Stir well, as cheese is hot and will melt chocolate. Use as desired.

Thanks for the yummy sounding recipe!
Betty Crocker makes a good Milk Chocolate Icing, but I bet it doesn't compare to the cream cheese and chocolate bits.
