- 1 pkg. cheese tortellini (9oz.)
- 2 cup fresh asparagus, cut in 2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Ranch salad dressing
- 1/4 cup lime juice from concentrate
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- cracked black pepper`
In a large saucepan, cook tortellini with asparagus according to package directions for pasta; drain. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine Ranch dressing, lime juice and cheese. Add pasta mixture; toss gently to coat. Chill at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with pepper. 6 servings.
