Beef and Pork Loaf |

Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl. Put in loaf pan, cover with mixture of 1/2 cup ketchup and 2 Tbsp. brown sugar and bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F) one hour.
