Crumple up a bunch of newspaper and put inside. Then close the drawers and cabinet with the newspaper inside and wait a couple of days. Take the newspaper out. Somehow the newspaper absorbs the odor.

the vinegar usually does the trick..we used to put small bowls of it throughout the house when people who smoked came to visit, afterwards, it took out the odor wonderfully!

Odor Control Ideas:
1) Used coffee grinds can eliminate even the worst refrigerator odors. Place used coffee filter with the coffee grinds it in your refrigerator in an open container. It works better than baking soda or any other commercial remedy. Just replace the coffee grinds when they dry up.
2) For musty smell in old armoires, cabinets and drawers. Place a slice of white bread on a saucer and cover it with white distilled vinegar. Place the saucer inside the drawer or cabinet and close. The smell will absorb into the mixture.
3) Dampen a paper towel and set it into a small container. Pour two teaspoons of cheap vanilla extract on it. Put the whole thing inside the smelly container and close it. Wait for three days.

I have not tried any of these but they may help!
