Stopping a Dog from Licking Too Much

I have a Yorkshire terrier and he has a very bad licking problem. The medicine the vet gave me did nothing. Please help, he's driving me crazy, but I love him to death.

Thanks.

Try putting Omega 3 fatty acid in food when she eats. I just puncture the capsule and squeeze it on. Also, if she is obsessive compulsive, she may need Prozac. Good luck to you.
