Tuna and Herb Fettuccine
Delicious, great on a cold night or lunch.
- 2 cups thickened cream
- 12 oz.(375ml) can evaporated milk
- 2 tsp. crushed garlic
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh herbs.
- 1 large (425gram) can flaked tuna
- 4 spring/green onions sliced
- 2 1/2 cups (500grams) cooked fettuccine
Bring to boil thickened cream, evaporated milk, crushed garlic and chopped fresh herbs. Simmer for 6-8 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Drain can of tuna and add to mixture with spring onions. Add the fettuccine, toss to combine. Season with pepper to taste.
Serve in bowl.
