Chinese Style Pork (or Beef)
- 2 cups cooked diced pork or beef
- 1/2 cup broth
- 2 cans Chinese vegetables, drained but save juice
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tsp. brown sugar
- 4-5 dashes soy sauce
- 2-3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- chow mein noodles
Combine broth (chicken, beef of pork), broth from vegetables, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce. Stir in the cornstarch that has been mixed with a little of the vegetable broth to liquify. Add veggies and meat. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles. Serves 4.
