Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

Spread bread dough out on cookie sheet (greased). Mix eggs and Parmesan cheese and spread half on center of bread dough. Put 2 rows of pepperoni down center. Sprinkle cheese down center of dough. Fold sides over, seal edges and end of dough. Spread rest of egg and cheese mixture over top of dough. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.

This sounds really good to make for the neighbor kids and my daughter when they are all here (almost every weekend). I don't care for pepperoni, but they all love it. Thanks for sharing. May have to make this when I get my check and do my next grocery shopping.

Recipe: Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients

  • 1-2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 lb. provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Saute' bell peppers in oil in skillet until tender. Roll out dough on floured surface into 12x24 rectangle. Arrange provolone cheese, pepperoni and bell pepper down center of dough, overlapping slices. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and garlic salt over top. Fold sides to enclose filling. Seal seam and ends well. Brush top of loaf with oil. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Slice into serving portions.
