The squash is so crunchy and no grease!

Ingredients:

  • Fresh squash
  • Progresso Brand Panko Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 1 egg

Directions:

Slice squash as if to fry. Dip into beaten egg. Coat with the Panko bread crumbs and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes. No other bread crumbs will work except the Panko.

You will have to decide the servings yourself.
