Crockpot French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 5 lb. rump roast or brisket
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions

Put meat in crockpot; top with other ingredients; cook on high for 5 hours. Serve on hoagie buns.
