Pork Chops in Soda Pop
Ingredients
- 8 pork chops
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup Coca-Cola
- brown sugar
Directions
Place pork chops in baking pan. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Mix ketchup and soda pop and pour over pork chops. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree F oven for 1 hour or until tender.
