Garden Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives
  • 1/4-1/2 cup sliced radishes
  • 3/4 cup cheese
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
Dressing:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley ranch dip mix
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip

Directions:

Break cauliflower into roses. Cut cheese into squares. Break broccoli into small pieces. Dice celery, slice olives, and radishes, and chop onions. Mix dressing well and pour over veggies. Mix well again. Chill overnight. Cucumbers and other veggies can also be used.

Recipe: Garden Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 plum tomatoes, chopped finely (I used 4)
  • 1 cucumbers, chopped finely (I used 2)
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 cup onion (can use white, red or green spring)
Dressing:
  • 3/4 cup sugar (I thought this was a little too much)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

Mix salad ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over veggies. Mix thoroughly, chill and then serve.
