Crustless Quiche I


  • 3/4 Cup Bisquick
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 6 oz Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 6 Strips Bacon (Cooked And Crumbled)
  • 1/2 Cup Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Onion


Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg (if desired) Bake 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.

Other cheeses can be used, such as mozzarella, American etc. Also this is good with chopped broccoli, tomatoes and/or mushrooms

Crustless Quiche II


  • 12-14 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup kernel corn (or other vegetable)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick (or other packaged biscuit mix)
  • 2 cups milk


Combine bacon, cheese, onion and corn. Spread in quiche pan or buttered 10 inch baking dish. Whisk remaining ingredients in separate bowl until blended. Pour over cheese mix in quiche pan.

Bake in 350 degree F oven for 45-55 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Does anyone have a good crustless quiche recipe WITHOUT bacon, or any meat, in it? Thanks.
