Savory Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. ground mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Mustard Sauce:
  • 2 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions

In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture. In skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients, pour over chops. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 minutes. Spoon sauce over chops when serving.

Serves: 4
