Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. prunes
- 1 cup seeded raisins
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 can red cherries
- 4 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1/4 lb. dried apricots
- 3 apples, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
Directions:
Soak fruits, tapioca, sugar, cinnamon, orange and lemon in enough water to cover overnight. In morning add diced apples and 2 cups water. Cook until fruit is soft. Add canned fruit last. Cook slowly 5 minutes. This soup may be served either hot or cold, with whipped cream or Dream Whip. Serve with cookies.
