- 1 package dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
Dissolve together.
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Add and let stand 20 minutes.
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup milk, scalded
- 1/3 cup sugar
- dash salt
Meanwhile, mix together and cool
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- yeast mixture
Add. Stir with spoon, as it is very sticky. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Shape into balls and place in greased muffin tins or you can put them in a 9x13 inch pan. Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 425 degrees F until golden.
